The Nishi building is an award-winning sustainable building in Canberra’s NewActon design precinct.

Servcorp occupies one level of the building with serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting space, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Nishi sets a new standard for what an environmentally responsible building could be. The central atrium allows for cross ventilation, bringing daylight deep into the building. There are operable windows on every floor providing everyone access to fresh air. The fitout also incorporates low energy fixtures and fittings, including lighting which responds to available daylight.
